When we had issues with a product, Duane dragged the product rep up the mountain to see it in person and has stood by the entire time as the manufacture's inquiry moves slowly; personally taking a stake by not charging us for the product until we are satisfied. It is so very hard to find anyone that still respects that obligation of a handshake. If you miss that era in America, stop by and see Duane.
